Payments and confirmation emails are processed on a Tuesday if your payment is made via bank transfer on these days Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We will not cancel your seat during this time-frame. Candidates may cancel or transfer their IELTS test date by notifying us in writing via email no later than five weeks before their scheduled test date. If it is within the five week time-frame there is no refund and you cannot transfer to another test date.
