The first impression is so welcoming, serene, stunning views in the countryside and a beautifully decorated and oh, so comfortable room!
The bathroom is large, great shower, well stocked bathroom accessories , seems like Elaine has thought of everything her guests may need. The bed so comfortable and the room spacious and so inviting. Serene setting, stunning views and starry skies! Breakfast was just delicious, Elaine was so accommodating of my husbands special dietary needs and a wonderful hostess.

I could go on and on, our stay was just perfect and so memorable in many ways. Thank you Elaine! If you're looking for a place where you can slow down and relax this is the place to go.
Nice beach, lots of beautiful landscapes, vegetation plus great shops and cafes. Other attractive destinations such as Queenstown, Dunedin or Christchurch are nearby plus there're many charming little places waiting to be discovered that make Timaru one of the attractive destinations. Worth going. Great facilities and caters well for all ages. Hydroslides, kids adventure area, swimmers of all ages and capabilities are catered for. Despite the wet weather we had a great time.

Looking forward to the next visit. We went down for the annual carnival, Caroline bay is great if you have little ones heaps to do. It felt like a ghost town.
