Warm and welcoming. Our family unit with private BBQ courtyard was toasty warm, very clean and comfortable. Awesome central location within an easy stroll of both the lake and shops.

Christine wrote a review Sep Modern, Clean, great customer service. We were two couples staying and had the Executive suite at the motel. John the Manager was so helpful and friendly with everything we needed and wanted to know. Our room was perfect, clean and tidy, very modern and quiet. We all give top marks to this motel, its wonderful, clean tidy and the cleaning ladies were so nice and did a brilliant job daily in cleaning our room. We will certainly come back to this motel again and we don't post that often about a motel. It is so conveniently located to Taupo town, a short walk down the road.

The room was clean and tidy. Had a spa bath if you are so inclined - even had a wee hatch so you watch TV while in the spa. The bed was comfortable. We had no problems with noise. It was a short walk into town - a pleasant stroll even in winter. Great value for money. Date of stay: August Location.

The room was spacious and clean with all the modern amenities, windows were double glazed, heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom - just glorious, and the spa bath was wonderful just could have done with some more bubbles ; There was also plenty of parking.
