The environment was breathtaking. Beautiful furnishings and cozy vibe. Will definitely be back when we are next in New Zealand. Great views across the water. Every detail was considered and well attended to, the bed and the robe very comfortable and cozy, the view from our room was stunning, and the evening drinks and nibbles were superb. The entire staff was exceptionally warm and helpful.

To be safe however, the dry season is May to October, but you can visit all year-round. It all depends on what you're planning - if you want to go backpacking, visit the mountains, and see the beautiful countryside, then one to two weeks will satisfy any happy campers. We stopped at a lot of lookouts for photos and Peter's technology skills are really good so he took some amazing shots of my son in action. Great day out touring the wineries, Alia was just perfect as our tour guide.
Great choice of places that we visited. Recommend to all who love a good wine and especially a perfect red. This Cruise was amazing and fun, great commentary through out, a bit of rough seas but the captain knew what he was doing. Staff are really welcoming, Helpful and kind. Thank you.
