Alex was very welcoming and accomodating. I arrived earlier than planned on checking in, but he was very hospitable and allowed me to check in earlier than planned. Easy access to shops and a lot of parking. I slept very well. Great communication by our host. House was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, we felt comfortable and safe. The house was modern and spacious and added huge value to our holiday. The property is 20 minutes' north of Wellington CBD. Very clean, very quiet. Private upstairs accommodation. Fantastic location, only a few mins walk to train Stn to get into Central Wellington.
And a few mins walk into Hutt Centre to shopping mall and supermarket. At Quest Petone guests can workout at the fitness center or enjoy a night in one of the fully self contained apartments. This is the second time we have stayed. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Everything you need in the room and very clean. Will surely stay again our next time in Wellington.
It offers accommodations with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels. Room was spacious as we were staying 2 nights. Staff were so helpful and courteous. The location was ideal as we traveling to ferry. Green Gables offers various self-contained suites with cooking facilities, inch digital TVs with more than 50 satellite channels, and free WiFi. Didn't have any!
Near to Brancott hospital was perfect-walking distance. Gumtree house facing whole Wellington harbour is located in Lower Hutt and offers free bikes, a garden and a terrace. Great veiws from balcony and the unit had a cosy and welcoming feeling to it. Settlers Motor Lodge offers affordable accommodations with cooking facilities and satellite TV. Good location close to local marketing, shopping; a quiet area at night. Had no problems with Paraiso - No 5 is located in Lower Hutt and offers a shared lounge, a garden and a terrace. Stay in Valley is located in Lower Hutt. Featuring a shared bathroom, rooms at the guesthouse also have free WiFi, while selected rooms will provide you with a balcony.

Super quick communication. Friendly host. There's a private bathroom with shower in all units, along with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Charming home in a beautiful bush setting, superb service and as a bonus, some great conversation!

The holiday park features fully self-contained units, cabins and camping sites. OnLy stayed for one night but would have liked to have stayed longer.

The roads in lower hutt was a bit confusing in the beginning. There is so many options to go to Wellington: bus, train and even by car it was close enough and easy to get to.

Lower Hutt is well placed a short drive from the centre of Wellington. We stayed here before catching the ferry to Picton. We only managed to visit Petone Beach which was rather neglected but were told beaches further along the coast were beautiful. Ferries run locally to Wellington. Didn't have much time to explore, but was disappointed with readily available services. Had to travel to Petone for a good restaurant. Found ourselves a bit lost at times and would probably stay in Wellington on future trips.
Can access the city easily but not be in it,went to weta cave and Te papa as well as H2Go Extreme. The golf courses you can got to are all within 20min drive and are great. Picnic next to river,walks or chasing your kids along the pathways. Lower Hutt is a rough part of Wellington with a high number of car break-ins, drug problems, gang issues and a lot of welfare beneficiaries and unemployed people with mental health problems. Dishonest crime is high there so don't keep any valuables in your car or your room. Mixed Football: Girls can play in mixed age grades boys and girls together in teams Girls Only: Open to players from 7th grade and up — and played on Sunday mornings Mixed and Girls only: Girls can choose to play both, meaning playing both Saturday and Sunday In addition, girls also have the option to play down one grade up until the 14th Grade, in addition girls aged 16 may play down two grades.
Please ensure you select which league s your daughter would like to play in and if they wish to play down a grade. Please note: there is no requirement to play down a grade.
