The room was spotlessly clean and roomy. The hosts, Rose and Tom were very friendly and welcoming and joined us for a pre-dinner drink in the bar. Great location in the heart of Invercargill. The room is nice and spacious clean and well air conditioned. The hotel has a restaurant on the first floor with great food. Parking was available across the road in a secure car park. Staff were exceptionally nice and friendly and added to the experience. Jan was an exceptional host.
We liked the location in a residential street near the beautiful Botanical Gardens. The quest is always a great stay. We loved invercargill and even extended our stay for an extra night. The desk staff were awesome. Close to everything and great old building. Beautiful room. Excellent stay!! Great location! The water tower right across the street was a great landmark to locate the hotel from almost anywhere in town. A large beautiful park is very close to the motel. The room was immaculately clean. I couldn't make it to invercargill that day. But the next day I went there to see if they have a vacancy.
The owner was so nice. The place itself is definitely a home that I would like to stay longer. John and Anne Marie were very friendly and gave us good advice for interesting things to do in Invercargill.
Breakfast was lovely! We wanted luxury on our last night in New Zealand after staying in backpackers accommodation and we weren't disappointed. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in in Invercargill. Everything was spotless and very nice. Had a lovely stay. Everything is nice and comfortable! It is definitely worth spending nights if you travel and visit Invercargill ;.
Use of hotel facilities which were very good Laundry close by Parking outside room. Very good value, would suit travellers on a budget. Location of the motel was perfect for my needs. The room was very warm, spacious and clean. Love the layout and vibe of the motel as well. The bed was comforatable. The owner also went above and beyond by dropping me to the airport.
Great location, adjoins wonderful park, friendly, spacious, clean, excellent shower, fast WiFi, comfortable. Everything is very clean including public area like toilet and kitchen.
