Merging the two stores allows us the best opportunity to continue providing a great service, something all our clients have come to expect. House of Travel Hokitika has been an integral part of the local community for the past 30 years, and while they may no longer have a physical presence, House of Travel will continue to fully embrace and support the local Hokitika community as it has done in the past.

Hi chi minh first night booking there last night booking there 4 nights in the middle not there. On and on this went to actually getting a short snappy email reply in capitals basically saying your bothering me with your problems which were caused by HOT. We went to airport to catch a flight to Phuket that had been cancelled the day before however due to a staff member apparently on holiday and nobody checking her emails just utter bullshit 4 staff in a town of and not checking emails of staff that are away.
To their credit after we panicked and phone calls and emails got us into a hotel for the night. Never ever will the 3 of us ever step foot in a house of travel agents ever again.
