This being a public event, the camping was open to all not just club members. Ok so this far all our All Points Camping Club events are open to members and prospective members. Being part of a national camping club is great, apart from the deals and discounts financial members get there is that feeling of belonging and fellowship. A young family from Auckland stopped in for a night on their way south while a gentleman entertained us with music and song on his trip home to Rotorua. Foxton although only a small town km North of Wellington on SH1 has a lot to offer those traveling through and well worth a stop and not just for the dump station at the north end of town. A group of us from the camp went to the Foxton Little Theatre show on Saturday night and had a really good time.
